What is the difference between Gourmet and Bon Appetit magazines?

Wojo asked: They are both published by the same company; are these two magazines supposed to have different niches, or what? I just don’t know why Conde Nast would publish two food magazines that are kind of on the same level.

Can you recommend a really good brownie recipie? Something gourmet that can shipped to a friend?

Something fairly easy and a nice combination of cake-like and gooey. If there is such a recipe please reply.
I have this dark chocolate…like 70% cocoa. Should I use it? It is sweentened chocolate by Lindt.
